Dear SARCA Participant, this is where we will provide feedback on the progress of SARCA, and acknowledge the contributions of participants. This will take the form, mainly, of quarterly newsletters, posted here.

All positively identified photos will become part of SARCA's virtual museum collection of African reptiles. Elsewhere on the this website you can see your photographs and their IDs. All records from South Africa, Lesotho and Swaziland will also go into the SARCA database and thereby make a contribution towards the accurate mapping of species' geographical distributions. Ultimately, this information will contribute towards updated conservation assessments for all species and an improved knowledge base from which to plan conservation of our reptiles.
